Before beginning their 7th grade year, your student must have received the following required immunizations:
To assist with this, the Virginia Department of Health is holding a vaccine clinic at NKMS, during the school day, onThursday, May 8th, 2025. Get these immunizations completed now, so you won’t have to worry about it during the summer months!
Sign up completing the attached vaccine consent form and turning it into the school clinic, or, you can pick up a consent form from the school clinic to complete and turn in.Please turn these into the clinic this week!
